Emile Leclere – Blanc de Blancs – 2013

Light to medium deep golden colour with a youthful creamy mousse. The nose is generous and open, displaying melted butter, crushed nuts, ripe yellow fruit, vanilla and brioche notes. The palate is medium to full with sweet fruit and a young creamy texture. Medium to long, rather open and evolved already in a generous fruit forward creamy style.
