Equis – Domaine des Lises – 2015

Dense dark purple colour. Pure and modern nose with ripe dark berries, some floral hints, tobacco and mild spices. The palate has good grip and concentration, finely grained tannins, unctuous dark fruit, yet with a fresh backbone, balanced with good drinkability and juiciness, long and persistent finish with meaty and spicy notes. Good potential here, structured for long ageing even if attractive today.
