Eric Isselee – Cuvée Tradition – 2007

Light golden colour with a youthful mousse. The nose offers discreet fruit, rather low ripeness with green apple, citrus and herbal notes. The palate is on the lighter side, youthful acidity and creaminess, tart fruit like apple skin and lemon zest, and moderate length.
