A sparkling wine with a medium, intense straw colour. The nose starts out with some mineral notes, fresh almond, citrusy notes, like lemon, grapefruit peel. Good freshness on the palate, more on the light weight side, with zesty freshness there, still youthful in terms of acidity. Quite vivid and creamy mousse on the mid-palate. Fresh and lingering flavours there, more youthful in terms of the lemon, lime, green apple. Medium long finish with some almondy notes. Champagne as I said, appearing youthful, but perfectly enjoyable more for its more light weight and fresh style. Doubtlessly with a potential to gain some more roundness and harmony from further ageing.
