Deep orange hue. Spicy nose, raisins, spices, dried fruit, very floral in a slightly oxidative alternative style with notes of apple cider and yeast. Bone dry palate with high acidity and volatile notes, dried fruit, the slight dryness with the cider and mushrooms is slightly too marked for my taste but nonetheless an interesting example.
