Portugal,
Alentejano,
Medium intense colour, still appearing very youthful with a hint of purple, but still transparent and clear. Very youthful nose. This is very much like freshly fermented grapes or must or wine. With plum, red berries, mild spiciness, no indication of oak. Nice palate here. Primary fruit, generous, quite modern and vinification. Rounded and subtle. Without any indication of oak. Still a hint of youth in terms of tannin. But within the coming half year or so, they should round off I think. I find this pretty attractive already for its juiciness, and obviously warm climate style, but with a well-preserved freshness and attractive juicy fruit.
