Very youthful colour, transparent with a light straw nuance. The nose is very youthful as well, almost like freshly fermented grapes. Freshly fermented wine, more on the herbal side with some hints of citrus, lime, some lemongrass, barely ripe green apple. The palate is on the lighter side, so very light structure, youthful and crisp acidity. I do not think this is a lot of structure or length to be aged, this is rather a pleasurable style to be drunk very young for its crispness.
