Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic offering fresh herbs, lime, lemongrass and white fleshed fruit. Crisp and pure palate with fine degree of freshness, crushed apple, citrus and ginger flavours with mild extract and a long pure finish, high ripeness balanced by a good degree of fresh acidity.
