Bright light golden colour, with a fine youthful mousse. Darker fruit notes, plum, red berries and ripe citrus with a hit of pastry. Medium to full with a soft creamy backbone, good vein of fresh acidity, generous young fruit flavours, classic dosage level, mild bitterness and good length.
