Etienne Simonis – Clos des Chats – 2012

Medium deep golden colour. Quite sweet nose, a hint of botrytis/ over ripeness, mirabelle, honey and yellow fruit. The palate is, however bone dry and bold with a good dose of freshness. Yellow fruit flavours, a balancing citrus/bitterness, good length and weigth.
