Inky dark ruby red core. Pure nose, ripe dark fruit, cassis, plum, cherry and liquorice with dried herbs. The palate is concentrated with a fresh backbone, still a tannic presence but finely integrated, juicy dark fruit, an approaching complexity with a fine spiciness and a long finish. (however 1st bottle oxidised)
