Fairview – Paarl – 2016

Pale straw colour. Fresh nose of primary fruit, quince, pear, lime and lemongrass. The palate has more weight than the nose suggests, fresh and pure without oak, good grip and extract, vibrant fruit, crushed apple, lime flavours and a rather long pure finish.
