Medium deep ruby towards tawny colour. Mature nose displaying aniseed, liquorice, plum, gingerbread spices and some floral hints. Good grip and weight on the palate, high extraction, traditional style but balanced starting to open, nice layers of spicy red fruit, tobacco and a long dense finish.
