Famiglia Castellani – Tenuta di Ceppaiano Alle Viole – 2014

Intense dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Pure nose of ripe dark fruit, plum, cassis, cherry and modest oak. The palate is medium to full with a rounded texture, fresh acidity, freshly crushed berries, some sage and herbal notes, and a rather long and juicy finish.
