Inky purple core and hue. The nose displays some new oak and roasted coffee with layers of ripe dark fruit, cassis and wild herbs. The palate shows a good concentration with ripe extract, modest extraction and refreshing tannin, some toast from the oak but balanced by savoury dark fruit, dry spices and a long warm finish.
