Dark colour with a youthful purple hue. Generous and ripe nose offering a lot of spicy fruit like aniseed, liquorice, pepper, plum and cassis with a hint of toasted oak. The palate is ripe with good concentration, modest extraction, grainy tannin and layers of spicy dark fruit. Youthful but attractive already with lush fruit and a fine persistency.
