Inky dense core and hue. Sweet and ripe nose offering prune, cassis, dark cherry and dry spice notes. The palate is dense and concentrated, still a youthful texture with plenty of fine tannin, meaty and peppery flavours with crushed dark fruit, a hint of oak underneath and a long lingering finish. A big wine still needing time to open.
