Dark purple core with a lighter rim. Floral aromas with darker fruit, jammed plum, blackberry, clove and ginger notes. Rather ample palate, some oak emerging with light toast and butterscotch, sweet dark berry flavours with fine grain and polish underlined by a fresh acidity and long vigorous finish.
