Farnese – Opi Riserva – 2011

Dark inky colour. Intense nose of jammed fruit, prune, dark cherry and new oak. The palate is full bodied with high extraction, young and restrained fruit, some floral notes, new oak and vanilla notes and a medium long finish, slightly pushed right now, should soften and integrate, rather oaky at present.
