Fattoria di Petroio – Lenzi – 2011

Medium deep ruby red with a lighter orange rim from some maturity. Intense nose with some complexity and development offering dark cherry, plum, orange zest and leather notes. The palate is quite full with a soft texture, fine tannin, hints of kirsch and dark chocolate with a long and fresh finish. Some complexity spiciness on the finish, good drinkability today.
