Medium deep garnet with a ruby rim. Mature nose in a traditional "long oak-aged" style with some balsamic notes, dried herbs, sweet and dried fruit with cherry, plum and tobacco. Good grip on the palate, some butterscotch from the oak, supple and rounded with sweet fruit flavours and a fine length.
