Medium deep pink colour with a lively mousse. Pure nose, plum, red berries, citrus and a hint of pastry. The palate is pure and fresh, well-balanced with a mild creaminess, fresh acidity and lively red fruit, rather long and juicy finish with good balance and freshness.
