Bright light golden colour. Pure and flinty nose offering notes of pale stone fruit, fresh peach, lemongrass and some floral notes. Very good grip on the palate, ripe fruit appearing sweet, yet remaining firmly dry on the palate with a crisp acidity, well balanced in a pure and refined style with good extract and a long saline finish.
