Light golden colour with fine bubbles. Some nutty and autolytic notes, perhaps a touch of oak. Pastry notes, crushed nuts, ripe apricot and citrus aromas. Bone dry palate, rather full with mature and nutty flavours, a gentle creamy mousse with fine bite and persistency on the finish.
