Dense core and high viscosity; the nose is offering dark fruit, prune, some mineral notes and liquorice. Rich and robust palate with a high level of tannin, concentrated flavours; prune and blackcurrant notes with a long, herb infused finish - still slightly youthful and tight on the finish.
