Medium deep golden colour and gentle co2. Pure nose offering ripe fruit, apricot and yellow fruit with crushed nuts, nougat and fresh butter. The palate is broad and ample with an opulent texture, balanced acidity underneath and fine extract with ripe citrus zest, buttery yellow fruit and a long dense finish. Nicely textured and balanced.
