Argentina,
Mendoza,
Very deep colour here, indicating youth, not a lot of evolution there, blue-purple core. Very intense nose. Showing off some oak at first, some notes of vanilla and butterscotch. There is a wealth of sweet fruit, freshly crushed dark berries. Palate has a good weight, not really massive. It is full, but it is rather a fruity concentration. In terms of extract it is quite polished. So it is rather rounded texture, with finely grained tannins. Then there is some spicy flavours coming on there, the same dark fruit, but really juicy with a nice level of freshness. Add some liquorice, vanilla. Quite juicy and attractive, with a good persistence. Keeps lingering for a while. Still very youthful, there is a hint of roasted wood, but fine wood. A wine that will gain complexity for sure. But it is already showing pretty well, that guys likes it too. Enjoy.
