Bright straw colour with a green hue. Fresh and aromatic with lemon, lime, lemongrass and crushed apple. The palate has good bite and extract, medium bodied with youthful fruit, zesty notes of citrus and a grassy/herbal spiciness, good length and purity with well managed freshness and bite.
