Medium deep ruby red colour. The nose displays some new oak, almonds, smoke and ripe red fruit with cassis and violet. The palate is dense and fresh with less oak than on the nose, still some vanilla and butterscotch paired with sweet fruit, plum and crushed berries and a long dense finish. Still on the youthful side with room for improvement.
