Intense opaque/purple colour. Intense and perfumed nose with some oak, vanilla, ripe dark cherry, kirsch and crème de cassis with a broad and ample palate, high sweetness, very mild tannin and acidity, almost PX-like texture, yet more on the red wine side with a long and very sweet finish. Needs time to soften.
