Finca Valpiedra – Reserva – 2009

Dense ruby core with a tawny, fading rim. The nose is mature and intense showing some tertiary notes of truffle, earth, smoke and dried fruit. The palate has nice layers of sweet fruit, mild spices, some oak and tobacco leaf, rather dense but well-rounded extract, good length with both maturity and complexity.
