Firriato – Gaudensius Blanc de Noir – NV

Youthful pale colour with a gentle creamy mousseux. Sweet nose offering ripe pear, melon, citrus and floral hints. Good bite on the palate, light towards medium bodied with a mild creaminess, bright acidity with lemongrass, lime and crushed pear notes and a medium to long, bright finish. Pleasant.
