Firriato – Le Sabbie dell’Etna – 2016

Light ruby colour with an orange rim. Spicy red fruit with ginger, clove, raspberry and red cherry notes with sandalwood. Medium weight with a firm tannic core, still youthful with room for improvement, attractive and spicy fruit with good length, just waiting for the tannins to settle.
