Florence Duchene – Tradition – NV

Deep golden colour, very mature, ripe nose of windfall, walnuts and creamy notes, oxidative style with some oak ageing. The palate is full and rich with mature fruit, nutty notes, brioche, gives a sensation of sweetness but is fairly dry with a high acidity and fine creaminess, long and powerful finish, well made in a traditional nutty/ pinot noir/ oxidative style.
