Dark core and a maturing ruby rim. The nose displays aromatic herbs, red fruit, cedar wood, tobacco and some oak. Rather full and ample palate, still with a tannic backbone, nice herbal spiciness, peppery red fruit with a hint of oak and tobacco, and a rather long still slightly restrained finish.
