Forget Brimont – NV

Very pale straw colour with a green tinge. The nose is quite intense with hints of oak, green banana, citrus, stone fruit and some roasted notes, the palate has quite a nice grip, fresh acidity, balanced creamy mousse, medium weight but a fine minerality and length.
