Fortant – La Grande Nuit Sauvignon Blanc – 2015

Very youthful appearance bright almost transparent just a hint of straw. Nose is pure and floral with quite grapey notes. Fresh herbs, lime and lemon juice, some gooseberry. On the palate, it is quite light weight, light structure with youthful and zesty fruit. Bone-dry with quite a high acidity. It has a quite mouth-watering effect on the palate. But light structured with quite light and soft finish as well. So youthful and zesty wine to enjoy in its youth.
