Francesco Rinaldi & Figli – Cannubi – 2014

Medium deep ruby red colour with a tawny rim. Pure nose, ripe red fruit, some floral hints, some new oak, dry spices, pepper and ginger. Medium towards full body, still youthful but no hard edges, nice layers of spicy red fruit, and a long and lingering finish. A youthful and promising example to drink after 2020.
