Medium deep ruby red colour. A hint of evolution on the nose with smoke, dried herbs, sweet plum and red berry fruit. The palate has a very good bite and freshness, yet with a good notion of ripeness, plum and raspberry flavours with clove and black pepper, good volume and a rounded texture leading to a long peppery finish.
