Italy,
Trentino,
Red wine with a really developed colour here, quite orange in terms of nuance. Nose is on the elegant side, I get vibes of Pinot Noir of course, due to the colour and that sweet perfume of red berries, some raspberry, some ginger, mild spices, red citrus like blood orange adding a certain zestiness to it. It’s a rather light palate here, medium weight, still with a good flavour intensity. We have vibrant quite youthful fruit here, those wild berries with underlying spiciness. Oak is perfectly integrated. I think we have mild tannins, mellow, rounded tannins, and a vibrant freshness here. Well-balanced acidity, no noticeable alcohol. I like this now, it has a good drinkability, it’s soft, rounded, slightly sexy, with a good length.
