Light to medium golden colour with a mild creamy mousse. Intense and complex nose with fine maturity and autolytic notes, fresh butter almond paste, ripe yellow fruit and sweet spices. The palate is well-assembled and harmonious with a fine creaminess, layers of yellow fruit, butter, crushed nuts and a complex spiciness, ripe and bold flavours, yet with a bright freshness and a long complex finish.
