Bright straw colour with a green hue and vivid fine mousse. Intense nose, pure and floral with herbal spices, chamomile, almond, ripe citrus and lime. Good mouth feel, bone dry with medium weight, a creamy texture and crisp acidity. Youthful fruit, crushed nuts and almond, some creaminess and fresh butter notes followed by a long finish.
