Light golden colour with fine vivid bubbles. Intense with some mature and complex notes, roasted nuts, pastry, confit de citron, apricot, raspberry and riper fruit. Good density and weight on the palate, mature with complex and autolytic notes, succulent fruit with nutty notes and a ery good length.
