Light golden colour, fine young bubbles. The nose displays some chalky notes, fresh hazelnut, lemongrass, fresh peach and raspberry. The palate has a nice firm bite, bone dry but balanced thanks to ripe fruit, a crisp acidity mild creaminess and a long vigorous finish.
