Rather dark rosé colour with Very fine bubbles. Darker fruit notes, almost ressembling a rosé de saignée, cherry, plum, chocolate and pink grape notes. Ample palate with a mild tannic presence, ripe red fruit notes, ressembling a red burgundy with bubbles, might be a slight presence of oak (?) rounded acidity, classic dosage level and bold finish. a rich and opulent style of rosé.
