Pale straw colour with lively rather fine bubbles. Discreet nose with some floral notes, lime and lemon zest, young stone fruit, the palate has rather full body and a fresh bite, well balanced mousse, rather extra brut style with mineral chardonnay notes, ripe lemon, pear almond and a long, refreshing aftertaste, classic and elegant style with some complexity.
