Light golden colour with lively bubbles. Intense nose with hints of roasted nuts, almonds, spices, stone fruit and ripe citrus, the palate has rather ripe fruit but is bone dry and steely with a creamy mousse, elegant honeyed fruit and long persistence, well balanced with a fine drinkability.
