G Pierrard – Les Hautes Bauves Blanc de Blancs – 2008

Bright light golden colour with a fine mousseux. Intense nose, complex with an approaching maturity, crushed nuts, fresh butter, ripe stone fruit, a hint of oak and some roasted notes. Powerful and ripe palate with a well-preserved freshness, finely integrated mousse, layers of autumn fruit, roasted nuts, toast, butter and a long lingering finish.
