Light golden colour with a copper hue and vivid young mousse. Floral nose with some vinous/autolytic notes like brioche, fresh butter, fig, plum and pear. The palate offers ripe fruit, yet with a fresh backbone and a classic dosage level lending the champagne towards a nicely dry and grippy finish, well-built and fairly long.
