Bright light golden colour with a young creamy mousse. Spicy and roasted nose with crushed nuts, apple, pear, citrus and some gingerbread spices. Medium weight, fairly low dosage, a fresh acidity and creamy mousse, youthful fruit and a medium to long finish.
